Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions): • Works with Supervisor to ensure required maintenance is completed and performs any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/management. That performance is in compliance with the Expectation Plan for the Maintenance Department. 

• Proactively carry out PPM schedules and reporting on a wide variety of manufacturing equipment

• Carry out fault finding on manufacturing equipment and be reactive to breakdown repairs/health & safety issues.
• Carry out fault finding on manufacturing equipment and be reactive to breakdown repairs/health & safety issues.
• Carry out general repairs to building and facilities.
• Carry out continuous improvement plans.
• This job outline does not place a limitation on the duties of this role.  The Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer may be required to carry out reasonable, additional or alternative duties from time to time to ensure the efficient functioning of the Company.

Experience & Education: • Knowledge:

Essential  Qualifications:

• Must have served a recognised apprenticeship in an electrical/mechanical or electro-mechanical basis and have gained a minimum C&G level 3 or NVQ equivalent, BTEC or ONC.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience ideally working within a multi-skilled industrial environment.
• BS7671 IEE 18^TH Edition Wiring.

Essential Experience:

• Well organised, good interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a multi-skilled industrial environment.
• Good working knowledge/fault finding skills of Hydraulics, Pneumatics and electrical circuits.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good working Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is important.

Desirable extra qualifications, skills or experience:

IOSH safety qualification, Computer literate, MEWP licence, FLT licence, C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing, TExT LEV P601.
